All rental fees are due in advance.
All seasonal rates are based on 5 months (May-Sept. weather and water level permitting). Weather and water level permitting, moorings and slips will be available April 1 through Oc.t 31. Seasonal customers receive April and Oct. at no additional charge. Monthly customers wishing to reserve space for the summer, must start their contract no later than May 1. |
